Itinerary Overview

Please remember that this is a rough overview of the camp schedule. While it lists most of our camp activities, some activities/details may be added, and all times are rough estimates. Campers can expect a more detailed and accurate itinerary and vendor list on November 1st

 

Arrival, Wednesday, January 31:

  • Campers Arrive at Honolulu Airport

    • Shuttle times will be determined depending on the arrival times of the majority

  • 5:30 PM happy hour starts with snacks and drinks

  • 6:30- 9:00 PM Dinner is served, provided by RAD

  • 7:30 PM Welcome Presentation

  • 8:30 PM Free Time! I recommend a nighttime dip in the ocean and an early bedtime!

 

Day One: Thursday, February 1st

  • 6:30 AM Breakfast at Owenʻs Retreat provided by RAD

  • 8:00 AM Leave For Trail Run

  • 12:30-2:00 PM Free time at Owen’s Retreat and lunch by RAD

  • 1:00 - 4:00 Massages from Myron at Reef Athletics at Owen’s Retreat

  • 2:00 -4:00 Surf Lessons From Owen’s Retreat, beach activities, reflections, and Massages

  • 4:00-5:30 Rest and Recovery

  • 6:00 Dinner is served By RAD

  • 7:00 Presentation and group Chat

  • 8:30 Free time and bedtime

Day Two: Friday, Feburary 2nd

  • 6:30 AM Breakfast at Owenʻs Retreat provided by RAD

  • 8:00 AM Leave For Trail Run

  • 12:30-2:00 PM Free time at Owen’s Retreat and lunch by RAD

  • 1:00 - 4:00 Massages from Myron at Reef Athletics at Owen’s Retreat

  • 2:00 -4:00 Surf Lessons From Owen’s Retreat, beach activities, reflections, and Massages

  • 4:00-5:30 Rest and Recovery

  • 6:00 Dinner is served By RAD

  • 7:00 Kupuna Speaks about next day and group Chat

  • 8:30 Free time and bedtime

Day Three: Saturday, Feburary 3rd:

  • 7:30 AM Meet in the common area for a light breakfast and snacks

  • 8:30-9:30 Optional Run or Morning Mobility

  • 10:00 Bus to Kalo farm

  • 10:00-2:00 Kalo Farming and Hawaiian Cultural Immersion

  • 2:00 Shuttle back to Owen’s Retreat

  • 2:30 Hi’uwai Ceramony

  • 3:00 Luau!

  • 6:00 Closing Ceramony

  • 6:00-10:00 Closing Fireside Hangout

Departure, Sunday, February 4th:

  • Optional Morning Mobility and Beachwalk cleanup

  • Breakfast provided by RAD

  • Campers depart from Honolulu Airport

    • Shuttle times will be determined depending on the arrival times of the majority.
